A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Revenue Enablement to architect training and support for Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enablement strategy aligned with commercial objectives and GTM priorities
- Lead and coach a team of Enablement Specialists to deliver impactful, data-informed programs
- Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows to enhance content creation and rep effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Revenue Enablement within high-growth SaaS, preferably in healthcare
- Deep knowledge of SMB and Enterprise go-to-market needs
- Experience designing and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and coach others
- Demonstrated experience with AI technologies in enablement
