A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive key results for post-sale teams by reducing churn and increasing expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an operating rhythm for post-sale motion, including forecasting and pipeline administration
- Manage project planning and rollout of new GTM processes to reduce churn and expand the customer base
- Identify gaps in GTM motion and utilize data to design recommendations and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience with the ability to balance large workloads
- Strong business aptitude with an understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success needs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large data sets
- Experience in key operations functions, including forecasting and compensation planning
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication
