A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Revenue Operation Systems to lead and innovate their go-to-market technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Revenue Systems roadmap across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Define and maintain a scalable architecture that connects tools, data, and workflows across the customer journey
- Evaluate and implement AI technologies that drive efficiency, personalization, and insight generation at scale
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading GTM systems in a high-growth SaaS environment, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, including hands-on experience with custom object design and automation flows
- Proven experience implementing or integrating AI-powered tools into GTM processes and analytics
- Hands-on experience building internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across Commercial, Data, Product, and IT
