A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager for the Enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement recommendations, and track success metrics
- Partner with the Go to Market Insights team to optimize sales resource and quota planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales productivity and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications and Education
- 8+ years of experience in Global Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- 5 years of experience with SaaS, B2B, and technical sales business models
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Excel, and other key sales applications
- Direct or indirect management experience with global sales leaders
- BS degree in business, economics, or related fields preferred; MBA or relevant certificates are a plus
