Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to enhance the security of hardware, firmware, and low-level components.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct threat modeling and security assessments of Azure hardware and firmware solutions
• Perform comprehensive security reviews of high-risk features and implement security hardening measures
• Collaborate with hardware ecosystem partners and Microsoft Hardware Engineering teams to establish security solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Assurance, Security Development Lifecycle, or cyber security
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet specialized security screening requirements
• Understanding of server platform buses and peripherals, with experience in security analyses
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDL) and security reviews of hardware design
