Senior Service Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Engineer - Agilent LCMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase service excellence nationwide, focusing on remote support tickets
• Support uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction with LCMS systems
• Contribute to training and mentoring less experienced technicians

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial or clinical lab settings
• Advanced service expertise in Sciex LC/MS and Shimadzu HPLC/UPLC is a plus
• Training and mentorship experience
• Degree in Chemistry, Medical Technology, Engineering, or a similar field
• Comfortable working around biological samples (blood/urine, etc.)
