Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a self-managed agile team through the full system development life cycle while developing complex technical solutions
• Act as a technical lead/consultant to translate business requirements into quality technical solutions
• Collaborate across the IT organization to educate others and solve problems effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 9+ years of related experience with significant development experience in relevant programming languages
• Application architecture and development experience in the technologies used by the company
• Intermediate level understanding of the Insurance business; experience in Property Casualty or Specialty Insurance is a plus
• Experience with C# and Java
