Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to develop software on their philanthropic solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor up to 4 direct reports
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement, and test new features
• Write high-performance code and refactor existing code to enhance maintainability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET framework
• 5+ years of experience developing complex enterprise cloud applications
