Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new enhancements and features for the database platform
• Perform competitive analysis of database systems and provide recommendations for improvements
• Design, implement, validate, and test new database and query optimization features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least five years of experience, or a Master's Degree with at least three years of experience, or a PhD in Computer Science
• Prior experience with LLVM open source project is a plus
• Strong programming skills in C++, Java, Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with Agile software development methods and tools
• System development experience and debugging complex software in a parallel processing environment
