Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues, focusing on stability, scale, and performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive issues to resolution and streamline communication
- Develop tools and documentation to enhance customer support efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Performance, Scale, Resiliency, and Customer Support
- Experience with API troubleshooting and various integrations at scale in AWS
- Familiarity with CloudNative platforms, Micro-services, Docker, and SaaS deployments
- Proficiency in at least two technologies such as Databases, NoSQL, Kafka, or Elastic Search
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical related field
