Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Ruby on Rails and React/Next.js

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React/Next.js)
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and test-driven development (TDD)
• Proven ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with agile methodologies
• Aware of the business value of engineering work and able to prioritize tasks accordingly
