Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the development and evolution of the U.S. Air Force's Expeditionary Meteorological Support System (EXMET).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, software architecture, design, implementation, testing, and integration
• Document, manage, and verify system requirements to ensure alignment with client goals and mission needs
• Lead the creation and execution of a 5-year technology roadmap, including assessment of current system state and definition of future vision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in systems development and software engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies
• Experience developing and implementing AI/ML applications
• Active Secret or higher level US Government security clearance
