Senior Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for AI initiatives in commercial lines, translating challenges into actionable requirements
• Lead Agile ceremonies focused on building AI-powered tools for risk scoring, quote generation, and document processing
• Partner with underwriting and actuarial teams to define AI-driven pricing models and integrate AI models into core commercial insurance platforms

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Insurance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in commercial insurance, with 2+ years supporting AI/ML initiatives
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven solutions in commercial insurance domains
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance operations and key data sources
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with insurance platforms and ecosystems
