Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager (AI) to lead complex technology programs within the Data Science/AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Predictive and Generative AI programs from intake to deployment
• Ensure AI solutions meet accuracy, quality, and compliance standards while delivering business value
• Coordinate with AI/ML scientists and stakeholders to align on project scope, timelines, and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management or related technical roles, with at least 2 years in AI/ML environments
• Experience in healthcare-related AI/ML projects is preferred
• Proven track record managing complex technical programs from inception to delivery
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML use cases such as predictive modeling and NLP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
