Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical documentation including online help and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation meets customer needs
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion while maintaining stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in a high-tech environment
• Solid understanding of telecommunication networking concepts and standards
• Experience with MadCap Flare or similar authoring tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Windows
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with structured authoring concepts
