Key Responsibilities
- Design informational graphics and create conceptual communications for diverse audiences
- Generate documentation in accordance with standards through various sources to support business processes and projects
- Provide business and technical writing support, analyze documentation standards, and suggest process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Insurance Services Group
- 5 years of experience creating, writing, and interpreting technical documents
- Demonstrated experience with desktop publishing, graphic design, and web-based environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Graphic Design, or related field
