Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to develop and enhance its documentation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive documentation strategy and partner portal for implementation partners
• Evaluate and improve existing documentation while establishing templates and standards for consistency
• Translate complex product configurations into clear documentation and manage the partner portal project from conception to launch

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Strong project management skills and experience leading documentation initiatives
• Experience with documentation platforms or content management systems
• Ability to quickly understand complex product configurations and implementation processes
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members
