Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead their User Acquisition strategy for multiple mobile game titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across major platforms
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI and install volume
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling ad creatives and optimize conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Proficiency in UA tools and platforms, including experience with MMPs and attribution models
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful UA campaigns
• Experience in managing and mentoring team members
