Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global software engineering and development organization, overseeing design, development, and delivery of a cloud-native analytics platform
• Own the execution of the product roadmap across key technologies, ensuring speed, scalability, reliability, and security
• Build a world-class engineering culture, attract top talent, and drive innovation that delivers measurable value for customers

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in product development or technology leadership within enterprise software
• 3+ years in a global SVP or equivalent role managing large-scale technical teams
• Proven experience in leading AI development and driving AI at scale in hybrid cloud environments
• Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or MBA preferred
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies across global teams
