Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to demonstrate the value of their tools to IT administrators and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations of products to showcase their value
• Understand customer needs and translate complex requirements into compelling narratives
• Guide customers through pilot engagements to facilitate sales

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin with MECM (SCCM) and/or Intune
• Experience in environments exceeding 3,000 endpoints
• Familiarity with pre-sales or solutions engineering
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Broad knowledge of Windows infrastructure; experience with Mac and Linux is a plus
