Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide high-quality support to customers with complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive support and maintain accountability for customer experience
  • Manage inbound support calls and emails, documenting transactions and issues
  • Develop customer relationships and assist in identifying root causes of problems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • One year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk role preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and support customers using software applications
  • Experience supporting software as a service is desirable
