Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive support and maintain accountability for customer experience
- Manage inbound support calls and emails, documenting transactions and issues
- Develop customer relationships and assist in identifying root causes of problems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- One year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk role preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support customers using software applications
- Experience supporting software as a service is desirable
