Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to perform account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and customer service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and reconcile billing payment amounts to ensure accurate records
  • Set up and maintain member data, including processing enrollments and adjustments
  • Interact with benefit administrators to resolve questions and issues related to membership and billing
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in math and data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Successful customer service track record
  • Computer experience, preferably in a PC Windows-based environment
