A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to perform account maintenance, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and customer service-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reconcile billing payment amounts to ensure accurate records
- Set up and maintain member data, including processing enrollments and adjustments
- Interact with benefit administrators to resolve questions and issues related to membership and billing
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in math and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
- Successful customer service track record
- Computer experience, preferably in a PC Windows-based environment
