Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Service Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the local branch and corporate customers for equipment and service projects
- Coordinate with branch personnel to ensure proper ordering, installation, and invoicing of equipment and parts
- Manage and track all equipment and service projects, including customer communication and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher required OR equivalent education and experience
- 4+ years in project coordination, dispatch, or logistics required
- Basic computer skills required; Excel experience preferred
