Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Operations Advisor to provide advanced business and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Value Stream mindset and facilitate change management for business improvements
• Independently manage significant initiatives and coordinate projects for the division
• Provide insights through data analysis and strengthen business partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
• Project Management experience (preferred)
• Data Analytics experience (preferred)
