Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare Field Service business to meet customer service expectations and financial metrics
- Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
- Hire, develop, and coach Customer Service Engineers while maintaining communication with key accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience demonstrating key responsibilities
- Professional knowledge of analytical databases and complex Excel workbooks
- Experience managing large, remote employee-based territories is preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
