Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical staff, facilitating communication and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
