Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Playbooks and Workspaces
• Configure and enhance Agent Workspace to streamline task management and improve user interaction
• Build and maintain Process Automation Playbooks for guided experiences across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
• Proven experience with Playbooks (Flow Designer & Guided Interactions) and Agent Workspace customization
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow's scripting tools
• Familiarity with integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
