Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Unit leads to assess and address Knowledge Management needs
• Identify and recommend improvements for Knowledge Management processes across business units
• Document current and future state process and system requirements while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years in the ServiceNow Platform
• ITIL Certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• SAFe Certification - Scaled Agile Framework
• Experience with small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects
