Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow TNI Consultant for a remote working contract opportunity in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate custom applications and oversee migration work
• Conduct discovery sessions and documentation mapping
• Plan and implement ServiceNow Pro Services for fiber broadband provisioning

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• CSA and TNI Accreditation are essential
• Experience in telecommunications (Telco) is essential
• Proven TNI project experience is essential
• Ability to work independently
