Key Responsibilities
- Conduct insurance investigations and database searches to uncover fraudulent claims
- Analyze and summarize technical information to develop investigative strategies
- Maintain communication with business partners and external resources throughout investigations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of investigative experience or three years in insurance claim, underwriting, or legal-related roles
- Strong case management skills and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of insurance and claim operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
