Key Responsibilities
- Develop global enrollment and retention solutions to enhance patient screening and compliance
- Build and manage patient engagement service offerings and assess associated costs
- Participate in scientific events to gather insights on patient access and diversity
Required Qualifications
- University/college degree in life science or healthcare field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research
- At least 5 years' experience in patient recruitment, preferably in a CRO setting
- Experience in scientific report writing and data analysis
- Experience in global patient engagement activities and collaboration with advocacy groups
