Smart Building Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Smart Building Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Smart Building OT platform, ensuring proper system configuration and troubleshooting issues
• Support building performance by analyzing data trends and collaborating with site teams on operational improvements
• Coordinate with teams on energy management and facility operations to enhance data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering or a similar technical degree
• Experience in building systems design, commissioning, and optimization, preferably HVAC-related
• Strong knowledge of large commercial HVAC systems and their automation
• Ability to analyze building data to identify performance deficiencies and develop remediation plans
• Strong empirical analysis skills and the ability to quickly process and understand data
