A company is looking for an SMB Inside Sales Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Manage a designated territory to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the international SMB sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical sales experience with an Associate's degree or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in business development roles, both new customer acquisition and account management
- Proven track record of selling to IT, Human Resources, and Learning & Development departments
- Ability to follow established processes and provide constructive feedback
- Strong critical thinking and research skills with adaptability to customer needs
