A company is looking for a Social Analyst to join their global Insights & Analytics team on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create complex boolean queries in Brandwatch to analyze specific topics
- Build written reports and present findings with recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Train team members on using Brandwatch and develop processes to scale social efforts
Required Qualifications
- Expert in Brandwatch and writing boolean logic-based queries
- Experience with social media analytics tools; familiarity with Sprinklr, Tubular, or CreatorIQ is helpful
- Proactive and independent worker capable of making strategic decisions
- Curiosity to understand issues and drive resolution
- Technical skills in SQL queries and dashboard development are highly preferred
