Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies to drive engagement and awareness
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including ideation, copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement
- Monitor trends and conversations on social platforms to engage with the audience and optimize strategy based on analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in tech, fintech, or ecommerce
- Deep understanding of content best practices and audience behaviors across major social platforms
- Proven ability to create original, engaging content, especially short-form video
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to balance long-term brand strategy with real-time content creation
