A company is looking for a Social Monitoring & Rapid Response Specialist (Night Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Track and report high-impact content and proactive engagement opportunities
- Maintain documentation of alerts and opportunities for internal communication and trend analysis
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in social community management or related fields
- High school diploma required
- Familiarity with social media management tools is desirable
- Understanding of digital channels and their differences
- Ability to work night shifts from 10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
