Software Architect - RTOS Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Sr. Member of Technical Staff (RTOS Development).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of operating system components aligned with VxWorks core values
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment
• Develop and deliver high-quality design, code, and tests following a CI/CD model and agile methodology

Required Qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
• 15+ years of relevant technical experience in software operating system development
• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a development team
• Excellent proficiency in C/C++ and assembly language development
• Deep understanding of operating system concepts, including user process management and memory management
