Software Development Engineer in Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, SDET.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Lead strategic testing initiatives and oversee release activities to ensure confidence in product releases
• Own testing frameworks and tools, applying industry best practices to enhance testing effectiveness

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an engineer, with at least 3 years in a people management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in one or more object-oriented programming languages and experience with test automation frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of various API architectures and both relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and administering test management tools
