Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Engineer to extend and scale the foundations of their AI system for improved user capabilities and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver AI capabilities across the product
• Systematically improve AI system performance metrics and design new metrics aligned with product initiatives
• Explore and apply emerging techniques from applied AI and AI systems research

Required Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Hands-on experience with large language models and their capabilities and limitations
• Experience architecting or building data pipelines and information retrieval systems
• Working knowledge of data processing, retention, and privacy policies
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
