Key Responsibilities

• Participates in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leads discussions on new topics and solutions
• Works with team members to understand dependencies in solutions and possible workarounds
• Mentors junior developers and collaborates with Quality Analysts to ensure application functionality

Required Qualifications

• Expert level understanding of programming standards and the applications they are working on
• Ability to provide effort estimates independently
• Willingness to partner with senior Software Engineers for complex solutions
• General understanding of testing processes and application functionality
• Self-motivated in learning how their solution fits into the larger application
