A company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an Internal AI Platform for performance reviews and feedback integration with existing data
• Build and maintain front-end components in React/TypeScript, ensuring design and accessibility standards are met
• Collaborate with backend engineers to visualize data and support integration with client and Workday APIs

Required Qualifications

• Software engineer with back-end experience, particularly in Python and external APIs
• Proficient in Python/Postgres with FastAPI, along with React/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Workday integrations or internal HR tech systems
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to cross-functional teams
• Preferred experience with ChatGPT API and exposure to HRIS data models or enterprise workflow tools
