Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in agile software development methodologies and leading an Agile Scrum Transformation
- Strong background in technical leadership, including architectural decision-making
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Proven track record of driving technical innovation and improving engineering efficiency
