Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Software Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams, including development and QA
• Drive technology transformation initiatives in partnership with executive leadership
• Champion AI adoption and oversee the implementation of solutions using core tech stack

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum of 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams of at least 20 members
• Strong API development and architecture experience
• Advanced SQL and .NET skills, with expertise in database management
