Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering - Front End Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Manage personnel actions for direct reports, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Drive process and quality improvements while managing the agile development process to maximize value for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software delivery and management, including 3+ years in a management role
• In-depth experience with web application development, preferably with Microsoft technology stack and multi-tenant environments
• Enterprise experience building front-end applications using aspx and Angular
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
