Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers to ensure delivery of scalable software platforms
• Oversee project planning, team capacity, hiring, and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a formal leadership or engineering management role
• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• At least 5 years of experience in developing Web, SaaS, or Mobile products
• Deep understanding of .NET/C# programming
• Experience with SDLC tooling and modern software development frameworks
