Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical and management duties, focusing on project prioritization and resourcing
• Provide technical direction to software engineers and unblock development teams by resolving technical blockers
• Conduct code reviews, support production issues, and promote personal development through 1:1 meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with frontend technologies such as VueJS and ReactJS
• Technical skills in Java, JavaScript, and system architecture
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
