Software Engineering Tutor Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teacher Assistant for Software Engineering Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Host weekly group coworking sessions to assist students with questions and provide a space for informal communication
• Conduct and plan 1-1 video sessions to explain material and help students with complex tasks
• Communicate with students through Discord, answering questions and providing proactive support

Required Qualifications

• Availability to be online 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) between 2pm and 11pm EST for 8 hours daily
• Good level of spoken and written English
• 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Skills in HTML, CSS, vanilla Javascript, React, Node + Express
