Associate Director of Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Outcomes and Evaluation to lead assessment strategies for health professional education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of evaluation plans using established frameworks
• Design and manage data collection strategies and analyze data to assess program effectiveness
• Produce insightful reports and present evaluation findings to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing evaluation plans for health education programs
• Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including survey design and data collection
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R
• Experience with survey tools and data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau
