Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of evaluation plans using established frameworks
- Design and manage data collection strategies and analyze data to assess program effectiveness
- Produce insightful reports and present evaluation findings to various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing evaluation plans for health education programs
- Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including survey design and data collection
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R
- Experience with survey tools and data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau
