Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and provide strategic direction for successful implementation and optimization
• Define system architecture and ensure alignment with business needs while driving technical excellence
• Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Proven experience with the Dell Boomi platform and strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
• 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for UKG WorkForce Management and Payroll solutions
• Prior experience in developing integration between UKG WorkForce Management solutions and other HRIS systems
