Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage client accounts and oversee the onboarding/implementation process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize training materials and technical configurations for clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing implementation concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management experience with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Technological proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to make independent decisions and troubleshoot issues effectively
